Our Eyes on the Ground

Family-to-Family works with partner organizations around the country who act as our “eyes on the ground,” identifying and recommending families in the most need to our program, providing updates, and coordinating the distribution of the groceries and grocery vouchers we provide. They include schools, Boys & Girls clubs, food pantries, social service organizations and more.

Our contacts at those organizations and their addresses are listed below. If you want to do a little extra for your sponsored family, senior, veteran, or refugee, you can send a letter or package using the address that corresponds to the referring organization and community where they live. (Make sure to include their name as well!) If you’re not sure which community they’re from, you can find that information in the email you received from us with information about your sponsorship when you signed up.
