We only collect personal information that is provided to us voluntarily by you. We may collect information when you sponsor a family, when you donate to our cause, when you register or contact us to receive information about our programs and in connection with other activities on our Site.
We do not collect credit card information as all donations are processed through PayPal.
We may collect other information regarding Site visitors, including IP address, browser and domain information and may also monitor and track information, such as Site visitor usage patterns.

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your personal information to:
- Communicate with you about your donations, sponsored family and other programs at Family-to-Family.
- Send you information about Family-to-Family.

We will not share your personal information with any third party other than the community outreach coordinator who acts as a liaison between you and the family, and only then with your consent. In the case of coordinating donors and recipient organizations engaged in our “giving projects,” emails might be shared, with permission from the donor. Further, we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to any other third parties, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
