Payment Updates and Cancellations
Payment Updates
There are several options for updating your credit card or payment information for an existing recurring donation.
- If your donation is going through Stripe, click HERE for our Donor Dashboard. Then enter the email address you used to set up your recurring donation, and click “verify email.” Click on the link sent to that email address. Once in the dashboard, go to “Recurring donations.” Then go to “Manage subscription.” There you’ll be able to update your credit card information.
- If your payment is going through PayPal, and you have a PayPal account, you can sign into your PayPal account and change your credit card or payment information there.
- If your payment is going through PayPal but you don’t have a PayPal account, please email us at moreinfo@family-to-family.org and we will cancel your current recurring donation and then send you a link to sign up again using your new credit card or payment information.
Cancelling Your Recurring Donation
- If your donation is going through Stripe, click HERE for our Donor Dashboard. Then enter the email address you used to set up your recurring donation, and click “verify email.” Click on the link sent to that email address. Once in the Dashboard, go to “Recurring donations.” Then go to “Manage subscription.” You’ll be able to cancel your donation there.
- If your donation is going through PayPal, and you have a PayPal account, you can sign into your PayPal account and cancel your donation from there.
- If your payment is going through PayPal but you don’t have a PayPal account, please email us at moreinfo@family-to-family.org and we will cancel your current recurring donation from our end. You’ll receive confirmation from PayPal that the donation has been cancelled.
- In any case, please email us to let us know that you’ve cancelled!!!! Moreinfo@family-to-family.org
