The grandmother gets email from her sponsor at the food pantry, and she gets to email her sponsor back. I have to help her with typing, but she is learning. So this has opened a door for her to be exposed to the internet, as well as getting some much needed help for her and the grand-kids...They received food, school clothes and school supplies from their sponsor this past month. This was a great blessing because these kids would not have had these things otherwise.

Help a Family: 2 for 1

Two donor families sponsor one family in need.

Do it online. Share a sponsorship with another cyber-donor.

Our 2-for-1 option allows you to sign up with a friend (just email us to let us know their name) or we will match you with a co-sponsor from our list of donors.
Your automatic monthly donation of $15.69, combined with your co-sponsor’s donation, will provide your assigned family with enough groceries to get them through the end of the month.
With your combined monthly donations of $31.38 we will:

Purchase groceries to provide your sponsored family with at least 7 meals (including fresh fruit and vegetables whenever possible) and have them delivered to an our outreach partner for your sponsored family to pick up, or,
Provide your family with a food coupon they can use to shop at a local grocery store.

We encourage your family, children included, to connect to your “new family” by exchanging letters or emails. Want to do more? Consider sending your sponsored family (via your local post office) a “monthly drive” item -- a non-food basic necessity like winter gloves, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. (For suggested monthly drive items click here.)

If online shopping is easier for you, consider shopping for “your” family at our online Amazon store. To keep costs down, consider alternating months with your co-sponsor.

After you sign up, we’ll introduce you, via email, to your co-sponsor, and send you both more information about your sponsored family and the community they live in. (If you would prefer not to be introduced to your co-sponsor, just let us know by email at help@family-to-family.org.)
